How do I order a printer's tray?

Printer's trays are available for preorder on the first of every month. The ordering window stays open until we've hit our production capacity for that month. Follow our social media, or subscribe to our email list, for updates/changes to the preorder schedule.

What is the production time for a printer's tray?

All estimated production times are listed on specific listings, but, typically for printer's trays, orders ship within 3-4 weeks of ordering.

What is your return policy?

Due to the handmade and limited-run nature of our business, items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Of course we want you to love your purchase! On a case by case basis, we will work with you if an item arrives damaged. We do everything we can to securely package our items, but if an item does arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package and include photos of the damage so we can discuss how best to resolve the situation.

Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. The cost for shipping varies from $5.99-$19.99 depending on the product.

In stock items ship within 3-4 business days.

Made-to-order items (printer's trays or cabinet knobs) ship within 3-4 weeks.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will do what we can to help, but please first contact the carrier to get help receiving your order. Every reasonable attempt will be made to insure you receive your order in a timely manner.

Care Instructions

Our decor is built to last, but it's important to treat your items with care to ensure years of use. None of our products are for outdoor use.

Avoid using harsh chemicals when cleaning our decor. Printer's trays are best cleaned using a microfiber cloth for dusting. Lightly damp the cloth and use a paint or makeup brush for stubborn dust, especially in the corners.
