Turnaround

Printer's trays and any preorder items will ship within 3-4 weeks of purchase unless otherwise stated in the listing. Any ready to ship items will be mailed within in 3-4 business days of purchase. 

Payment

Payment is due upon checkout. We proudly accept all major credit cards via our processor, Stripe. No holds.  

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States. 

Shipping costs vary from $6-$20 depending on the product. 

Changes

Changes to the shipping address after checkout may not be honored. Size, style, or other variants cannot be changed after checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at mielmakings@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for any packages lost once it has entered the post office system. If your order seems to be delayed or missing, start by contacting your local USPS office, or by checking tracking notifications from the USPS website. Please only reach out to Miel Makings after you have taken these steps. Every reasonable attempt will be made to insure you receive your order in a timely manner.

Price Adjustments

At this time, we do not offer price adjustments. Sale items are final sale, and no price adjustments will be made on previous orders.
